What art files do you accept?
Illustrator, Photoshop, or PDF files are preferred.
Make sure non-vector files are at least 300dpi. All fonts need to be rasterized. And PLEASE make sure the image is the exact size you want it printed.
Artwork that isn’t “screen print ready” will increase turnaround time.
What’s your turnaround time?
Turnaround time is generally 7-10 business days from artwork approval and deposit. We can print rush jobs in as little as two days depending on the design and quantity ordered. Rush orders are subject to rush fees.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 12 pieces per color and/or location. For example, a shirt with a 2 color front and a 1 color back would have a minimum of 36 pieces. Capisce?
Will you design my artwork for me?
Although we are primarily a print shop, we do offer affordable graphic design.
Please note that this may increase turnaround time.
What is your maximum print area?
Standard screens have approximately an 11″x17″ print area and oversized screens have a 20″x20″ print area.
Can I use PMS / Pantone Colors?
PMS matching is available for a nominal fee.
Can I supply my own garments?
Absolutely! We also offer print-only pricing.
